An Incomplete Bibliography on Hell and Universalism

Share

For about 4 years now, I have grown into the habit of creating bibliographies for all my research interests. In the early days of Guarded Acumen, my personal philosophy channel, I hosted a website titled The Guarded Acumen Archives, where I would publicly share fragments of my work-in-progress bibliographies. I had early iterations of my now released Kalam and philosophy of time bibliographies hosted there, alongside a panoply of excerpts from books and articles I kept for reference.

And with Guarded Acumen on Discord, I now regularly share those with people on various servers, including my own.

I have now developed an interest in the Christian debate between universalists, infernalists, and annihilationists about hell and general eschatology. So, naturally, I began working on collecting as many papers I could find on the topic of hell and universalism.

This bibliography currently only includes academic articles—no books, chapters, or book reviews—on the topic of hell and universalism in contemporary analytic philosophy. It is a work in progress and may never be fully complete. So, if you have any recommendations for additional works to be included, please let me know.
